Nicholas C. Byrne lll

Overview

Nicholas C. Byrne III is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Product Liability, and General Liability practice groups. His practice focuses on defending clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. His clients include trucking and transportation companies, insurance carries, product manufacturers, businesses, and individuals.

Prior to joining Haight, Nicholas gained experience in workers’ compensation defense as well as probate and trust litigation. His experience includes developing litigation strategies, conducting depositions, evaluating liability and exposure, and representing clients at hearings.

During law school, Mr. Byrne served as a federal judicial extern for the United Stated District Court for the Central District of California. In this role, he conducted legal research and prepared memoranda analyzing complex federal legal issues to assist the court in evaluating case merits.

Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Outside of the office, Mr. Byrne is a football and basketball fan who enjoys attending live sporting events and concerts. He also enjoys spending time at the gym.
