Nicholas Dahl is a member of the firms Transportation Law, General Liability, Construction Law practice groups. He represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters with experience handling all phases of the litigation process, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, motions for summary judgment, and trials.
He has represented clients in a broad range of insurance defense matters as well as cases involving business disputes, professional negligence, contract claims, personal injury, employment claims, and other defense related matters.
Mr. Dahl earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University and his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law. While attending law school he worked as a financial investigator for the California Attorney General’s Office and clerked for two San Francisco Superior Court judges.
Nick is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and has participated in trial advocacy programs through the San Diego County Bar Association the San Diego Inn of Court, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
