Overview
Thomas Olson is a member of the firm’s Construction Defect and General Liability practice groups. He has been practicing for over four years, focusing on civil litigation and representing clients in personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability defense matters.
Thomas is experienced in all stages of litigation, including discovery motions, witness and expert depositions, and motion practice.
Prior to admission to the bar, Thomas earned his JD from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2020. During law school, he received Pro Bono Recognition for his extensive volunteer work with Elder Law & Advocacy, an organization providing free and low-cost civil services, counseling, and advocacy. He also represented underserved individuals in consumer issues through the school’s Civil Clinic.
In his free time, Thomas enjoys reading, hiking, and going to the beach.
