The presentation will provide a brief overview of incivility within the legal profession, including how both attorneys and the public view this incivility. The panel will also discuss the civility situation by considering how understanding where we’ve come from can help us tackle the incivility problems we face today, and time permitting, how the post-COVID litigation landscape has impacted the incivility crisis.
