Patrick is a member of the firm’s Fire Litigation, General Liability, Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. He is an experienced litigator who thoughtfully analyzes and prepares each case as if it’s going to trial while at the same time aggressively defending his clients to achieve the most desirable outcomes and resolution.
Patrick focuses his practice on cases involving complex theories of liability and he has obtained favorable results against claims alleging catastrophic injuries. He has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters including personal injury, trucking/transportation, wrongful death, construction defect and product liability actions. His clients have included national trucking and transportation companies, individual business owners and national and regional retailers including Fortune 500 companies.
Patrick has litigated fire subrogation claims as well as first party claims. He has extensive experience in responding to fire scenes to facilitate origin and cause investigations while evidence remains fresh, and devotes his full attention to cases from the moment a scene is released by the fire department until it has been completely resolved.
Mr. McIntyre also succeeded in the appellate arena when he obtained an order affirming the dismissal of a serious auto accident case. His additional experience in class action and anti-trust litigation elevates his unique perspective, analysis and strategy development when handling any of his matters.
