Haight lawyers Denis Moriarty and Gary LaHendro secured a ruling in the Ninth Circuit affirming their trial court victory. The Ninth Circuit ruled that Haight client HDI had no duty to defend a real estate agent in underyling professional negligence litigation where the underlying complaint failed to allege wrongful acts or conduct within the period of the HDI policy’s coverage.
