Noreelie Panhwar is a member of the firm’s General Liability and Transportation Law Groups. Noreelie focuses her practice on representing clients in civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and transportation-related claims.

She is skilled in discovery, depositions, and motion practice, with regular court appearances. She is recognized for her strategic case analysis, persuasive legal writing, and effective collaboration with clients, adjusters, and experts to achieve efficient and favorable outcomes.

Originally from the Philippines, Ms. Panhwar began her legal journey early, earning a bachelor’s degree in Political Science before entering law school at age 19. She completed her Juris Doctor in 2018 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. After relocating to the U.S., she further developed her litigation experience and procedural knowledge, which contributed to her successful admission to the California Bar in 2023.

In her spare time, Noreelie enjoys traveling and curating detailed itineraries to explore new destinations.

Noreelie is licensed to practice law in the state of California and in the Philippines.
