Maria “Masha” Papiryan is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Business Solutions, Product Liability, and General Liability practice groups. Her practice focuses on defending personal injury claims, particularly those involving trucking and transportation. She also represents Fortune 500 companies, manufacturers, retailers, businesses, and individual clients in a variety of civil litigation matters.
Masha’s litigation experience includes managing active caseloads from intake through resolution, including trial preparation and settlement negotiations. She is skilled in drafting motions, handling discovery requests and responses, and conducting legal research.
Prior to joining the Haight team, Masha practiced at a boutique law firm where she represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury claims and premises liability actions.
Masha is a proud alumna of the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she was an active member of the Women’s Legal Association, the First Generation Law Student Association, and the Armenian Student Association. She received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the well-regarded Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution and was a staff member of Pepperdine’s Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
She is fluent in Russian and enjoys yoga, hiking, and photography.
