Overview
Brandon Ramcharan is a member of the firms Transportation Law, Fire Litigation, General Liability, and Product Liability practice groups.
Mr. Ramcharan has experience representing clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, premises liability, and general liability claims. He has managed cases through various stages of litigation, conducting and defending depositions, and advising clients on litigation strategies.
Prior to joining the firm, Brandon advised domestic and international insurers on professional indemnity and technology, media, and privacy matters. He has also represented clients in education law matters, advising on potential liability, and compliance issues involving individualized education programs and participating in mediations and hearings.
Mr. Ramcharan earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University school of Law, where he was an associate with the High Technology Law Journal and Journal of International Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a minor in Business, from Florida International University.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys snowboarding and spending time on the slopes.
