Kris J. Wyatt is a member of Haight’s Transportation Law, General Liability, and Business Solutions practice groups. She is a civil litigator whose experience spans both in-house and private practice, representing businesses, insurers, public entities, private businesses, and institutional clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including transportation, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, employment, wrongful death, and other complex tort and commercial disputes.

Kris has experience representing clients through every stage of litigation, from early case evaluation and strategic planning through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Her background includes matters involving public entities, educational institutions, employers, insurance defense, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, and other high-exposure civil litigation.

Kris approaches litigation with a practical, solutions-oriented style focused on thorough preparation, strategic advocacy, and clear communication. She works closely with clients to evaluate risk, develop efficient solutions, and position matters for successful resolution through negotiation, motion practice, or trial. She values responsive communication and delivering practical legal advice tailored to each client’s objectives.

Kris earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and graduated cum laude from Arizona State University. She is admitted to practice law in California.
