Represented National Hotel in E-Coli Ingestion Case

Represented hotel owner and operator in a lawsuit brought by a plaintiff alleging e-coli ingestion at a hotel in La Jolla. Plaintiff alleged infection from spinach ingested from the omelet station at the breakfast bar which caused gastrointestinal injury resulting in bowel resection and nearly thirty day hospitalization. The case resulted in a favorable settlement on the eve of trial after expert depositions took place.
