Sam Chon

Overview

Sam Chon is a member of the the Construction Law Group. Ms. Chon has been practicing civil litigation for over two decades. She focuses on defending the rights and interests of developers, architects, engineers, and contractors sued by common interest developments in construction defect lawsuits.

Ms. Chon has handled and managed all aspects of complex construction defect claims involving residential, commercial, mixed-use high-rise condominium, townhome buildings and apartment conversions since 2000. She also has extensive experience in homeowners association law, general corporate counseling matters, and excels in navigating construction defect disputes and related insurance issues.

Ms. Chon is licensed to practice in California and Florida. In her free time, Ms. Chon enjoys practicing yoga, singing and playing guitar.
