Settlement – Claim of Professional Negligence – Spinal Surgery Complication – Claim in Excess of $4 million

Plaintiff claimed permanent injury as a result of spinal surgery performed by defendant physician after which one of the eight screws placed in the procedure was determined to not be in optimal position and required a return to surgery to remove the malpositioned screw which had allegedly caused neurological damage.
