Plaintiff, a 65 year old male, was walking in an area that was potentially owned/controlled by three separate entities when he claims to have tripped and fallen on an uneven surface sustaining injuries to his face/head. Ms. Haskins coordinated informal discovery and arranged a mediation with all potentially interested parties which resulted in a resolution of the matter in advance of formal discovery and costly expert review.
