Plaintiff, a 46 year old male, was visiting a patient at defendant hospital. Plaintiff claimed injury on the hospital premises. Ms. Haskins investigated the matter thoroughly and contacted various witnesses who had since left the employ of the hospital and the security services vendor. Early contact and open dialogue with counsel for plaintiff presented an opportunity to resolve the matter even though substantial lien based care had been undertaken and claims of traumatic brain injury (TBI) and cervical spine injury were made.
