Program Description
Medicare continues to present a mountain of problems for employers when settling future medical care. Medicare and Part C and D plans have become more aggressive in their efforts to obtain reimbursements for conditional payment claims. Our panel will explore the current trends surrounding Medicare Set-Aside Allocations, conditional payment claims, Section 111 Reporting and Medicaid reimbursement claims. We will also discuss strategies and tips to successfully summit the boulders of Medicare.
