Suzanne V. Stouder

Overview

Suzanne Stouder is a member of the Business Solutions, Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. She is an accomplished litigator with over 28 years of experience handling all aspects of civil litigation in federal and state court, primarily involving mass tort and complex individual and class action product liability litigation as well as breach of contract actions. 

Suzanne has acted as local and national counsel in connection with mass tort pharmaceutical and medical device products liability actions often relating to silicone gel breast implants, natural rubber latex gloves, fen-phen, Lotronex, Baycol and many other prescription and over-the-counter medications. She has represented major pharmaceutical companies, national manufacturers of homeopathic and consumer products, dietary supplements and medical devices.
