Spencer J. Wightman

Overview

Spencer Wightman is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, General Liability, and Construction Defect Law practice groups. As a litigation attorney, Mr. Wightman has experience handling complex civil matters, including commercial litigation, civil defense, and probate litigation.

Prior to becoming an attorney, he built a strong foundation in the legal field as a paralegal and document reviewer, gaining valuable hands-on experience with case preparation, discovery, and trial preparation. These experiences allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures which continue to inform his approach as an advocate today.

Since becoming an attorney, he has managed a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution, representing clients in matters involving contract disputes, liability assessment, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.

Mr. Wightman earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Statistics from the California State University, East Bay and earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego.
