Mr. Ireland is a member of the Business Solutions, Employment & Labor and Environmental Law & Toxic Tort Practice Groups. Mr. Ireland has represented financial institutions and other clients in a variety of statutory, contract and tort matters in state, federal and bankruptcy court. He has also represented small to medium size service and manufacturing companies in a variety of matters, including litigation, and business counseling.
Mr. Ireland has extensive experience in all phases of dispute resolution from negotiation, counseling and alternative dispute resolution to jury trials. His goal in any dispute is to obtain the result that is best for the client, including the costs of achieving that result.
Mr. Ireland has experience handling California Unfair Business Practices Act (Business & Professions Code §17200) matters, equitable remedies, bankruptcy, and appeals. He also works with clients on matters involving labor and employment matters, real property issues, creditors issues, and commercial transactions.
