Mr. Dubrawski is a Partner in Haight Brown & Bonesteel’s Los Angeles office. He is the leader of the Transportation Law Practice Group and is also a member of the Product Liability, Business Solutions and Construction Law Practice Groups. His practice is concentrated on transportation and products liability cases. He has tried multiple cases defending trucking companies and their drivers regarding significant transportation matters, cargo claims and complex, multi-vehicle accidents. He has also tried cases defending manufacturers of products including tractors, trailers, farm equipment, buses, trucks, forklifts, cranes, aerial work platforms, man lifts, construction equipment, industrial electrical equipment and conveying systems.
Mr. Dubrawski is the Director of the firm’s Immediate Response Team. The Team is available twenty-four hours a day to respond to any transportation or industrial accident emergency in order to preserve the scene as well as coordinate all appropriate activities and investigation attaching attorney work product and attorney client privilege to the effort.
In addition to his transportation and product liability practice, Mr. Dubrawski also has experience in complex commercial litigation. He has specifically handled contract disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes and real estate litigation. He has also successfully tried commercial landlord/tenant and real estate cases.
