Peter A. Dubrawski

Overview

Mr. Dubrawski is the leader of the Transportation Law Practice Group and is also a member of the Fire Litigation, Product Liability, Business Solutions and Construction Law Practice Groups. His practice is concentrated on transportation and products liability cases.

Transportation Law

In addition to Peter’s role as Practice Group Leader for the Transportation Law Practice Group, he developed, implemented and heads the 24-Hr. Emergency Accident Rapid-Response Team. The around-the-clock availability of the team is invaluable to his trucking and transportation clients not only when everyday accidents happen, but also when catastrophic accidents occur, the team ensures clients are adequately and immediately represented. The team’s rapid response assures that the most critical evidence and information is recovered immediately following an accident.

Peter has tried multiple cases defending trucking companies and their drivers regarding significant transportation matters, cargo claims and complex, multi-vehicle accidents.

Product Liability

Mr. Dubrawski’s practice in product liability involves trying cases defending manufacturers of products including:

• farm equipment,
• buses,
• trucks,
• forklifts,
• cranes,
• aerial work platforms,
• golf cars,
• recreational equipment,
• construction equipment,
• electrical equipment, and
• conveying systems

Business Solutions

Mr. Dubrawski also has experience in complex commercial litigation. He has specifically handled contract disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes and real estate litigation. He has also successfully tried commercial landlord/tenant and real estate cases.
